  1.      The Help Screen of the Select Observing Location Menu

  3. The Select Observing Location screen shows the names of 50 pre-defined list
  4. of cities of the world, together with their time differences from Greenwitch
  5. Mean Time and locations in longitude and latitude.  Input the number
  6. associated with your desired observing location at the lower right corner
  7. and hit Enter key.

  9. Other observing locations can be added to the remaining 50 blank spaces by
  10. editing the BLUESKY.CTY file in the following format:

  12.    Positions 1-30:   Names of the observing locations
  13.    Positions 33-38:  Time difference from Greenwitch
  14.                      Mean Time (in hours:minutes)
  15.    Positions 40-46:  Longitude (in hours:minutes)
  16.    Positions 48-53:  Latitude (in degrees & minutes)
